First of All

Years have passed since the last time I opened blogger. It was 2014 when I stopped writing on blogger because I moved to tumblr. Then, the government decided to block tumblr forever(?). I wrote a lot of meaningful writings there, I can say tumblr has became my heart for the last 8 years. Maybe, I should bury those memories on tumblr. Anyway, I should move on to a new place and I pick blogger to start writing inspirational articles etc.

For me, writing has been part of my life since high school. I started by writing diary on my very special book. Sometimes, I re-read those writings to remind me that I constantly change, so does everyone. I feel shy re-reading because it was so funny and sometimes I can correct myself gramatically but I feel happy that I passed those difficult years.

My writing and I will be quite different from those high school student or even college student. Now, I have different responsibility, different family, different point of view and different condition so my writings will change so much. Out of all, I keep in mind to write about my experiences and extract them all to get the wisdoms and truths.

I chose "Truth Seeker, Wisdom Doer" as the name because I'm still looking for lots of truths. I hope those truths can bring me into a better person, a wise one. Especially better in acts, talks, and thoughts. We will be asked about our knowledge, we execute it or not. There's no knowledge if there's no act. These all are hopes. I hope and try to make this blog a way to share truths and wisdom. I may not always right, that's why I need your comments and thoughts, dear reader!

Jadi, minggu ini ku berencana melatih Kakak Umar untuk BAK dan BAB di toilet. Alasannya, jelas ya pospak menjadi sampah yang tidak bisa didegradasi. Sedih melihat tumpukan popok yang berakhir tidak kemana-mana dan mengganggu pula 😭. Kedua, secara ekonomi membuang uang padahal kan uangnga bisa dipake jajan Ummu Umar 😳. Baru kami mulai tadi, alhamdulillah rekor hanya pakai 1 pospak hari ini! 😘. Sisanya pakai celana biasa yang kalau BAK pasti tembus ke lantai, disinilah aku harus bersabar menghadapi kenyataan sambil pel lantai. Awalnya aku terinspirasi dari seorang ibu yang sudah melatih anaknya sedari usia awal kelahiran. Aku kagum dan terinspirasi untuk praktik. Walaupun begitu, baru bisa berjalan dengan niat yang kokoh hari ini. Kumulai dengan langsung membawa Umar ke toilet pada saat bangun tidur. Alhamdulillah berhasil BAK di toilet. Sebenarnya Umar hampir selalu BAK di toilet pada saat bangun tidur, thanks to diligent Nenek. Setelah sarapan, aku melihat gelagat aneh pada Umar

Ramadhan Jadi Ibu

One of the unexpected feeling adalah menjadi seorang ibu di bulan suci Ramadhan. Bulan yang Allah jadikan paling utama bak Nabi Yusuf alaihissalam di antara saudara-saudaranya. Bulan yang Allah turunkan AlQur'an, petunjuk, dzikir, furqon, syifa' bagi seluruh umat. Bulan yang Allah turunkan berbagai amal dengan pahala-pahala tak berhingga karena Dia saja yang mengetahuinya. Menjadi seorang ibu di bulan ini nampaknya harus menurunkan ekspektasi dapat memaksimalkan waktu melaksanakan ibadah Ramadhan sebagaimana saat kita melajang. Awalnya ada rasa duka, gundah, sedih, kecewa. Dengan semangat membara, ingin mencoba meraih ampunan melalui amalan-amalan yang dahulu sangat mudah dilakukan, mungkin bukan mudah tetapi tidak memiliki hambatan eksternal. Be Grateful First

My sister just bought Ustadz Nouman's book, and I read a chapter. The very first chapter was stabbing right in the heart. I am reminded. It's the story of Musa 'alaihissalam. Do you remember? When Musa 'alaihissalam just killed a man and he went to desert with absolutely nothing in his hand. No food, no cloth except the one he's wearing, no house, no job, nothing. He sat under the shade of a tree, praying to Allah, "Rabbi inni lima anzalta ilayya min khairin faqir" "My Lord, I am truly in great need of any good that You might send down to me" (QS Al Qasas 28:24) Ustadz Nouman says in his book, that this du'a means, "Master, whatever you sent down my way-and this is in the past tense, I did not say whatever you 'sent' down my way: anzalta.
